Magdalene Shirley Taylor, a Financial Economist by profession and the Finance Director for Centre for Pregnancy and Childbirth Education, (CePaCE), has extensive experience in financial modelling and techniques, financial reporting, and strategic planning. She is responsible for overseeing all financial activities and reporting, budgeting, disbursing funds, managing risk, implementing policies, and improving financial processes and maintaining financial security.
Magdalene has excellent commercial and business awareness and good people management skills, and she is highly confident.
She is a strong advocate for good health care in the country and the community especially in Maternal and Child Health. As the Finance Director for CePaCE GHANA for over 9 years, Shirley is devoted to the well-being of women and children and believes that every woman and child regardless of their financial status should have access to quality health care.
She loves all sports and enjoys reading.
